Very pleased with this "great" new Dentist office. I had such a great experience with my hygienist Taylor. Then again with my dentist, Dr. Leslie. Everyone was kind and caring, to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Casey in scheduling was so helpful getting me an appointnent around my work schedule. This is an office with open communication, scheduling and returning calls right away. From walking in, to exiting, I enjoyed the entire team.
All of the staff members are very competent and kind. They really help you feel at ease. They have state of the art, hand held X-ray units which makes getting the dental X-rays much faster, and as comfortable as possible. Each room has a large TV, so you can watch relaxing videos, such as aquariums, or drone footage of beautiful places, during your cleaning or procedure.
I visited BAFD today and I have nothing but good things to say! I’m a new patient and was told id have to wait until April for an appointment (this is common with medical/dental practices). I actually was returning a phone call and spoke with Kiara about confirming an insurance question and she let me know there was a cancellation so i decided to take it since the thought of waiting and obsessing over my teeth gave me anxiety LOL. I’m going to outright name my dental team for the date of Tuesday, April 1st. ERICA BOLDING, SHELBY, AND DR. MATTHEW FOLAND. 5 stars all around. They were the kindest, most helpful people i have ever met at any dentistry practice. Dr. Foland wasted no time in making sure i was comfortable and stressed as little as possible. He explained my X-rays to me, even if it took up a little extra time, and explained every step of the process for my tooth and root extraction.
