My first time coming to the dentist office was amazing! I had a dental emergency where I needed a bottom molar pulled. They were absolutely amazing! However the last two trips I have been here has been nothing short of rudeness. Firstly I want to point out I have mental problems. And, well just like majority of Americans today having dental insurance is a luxury...and even then getting any form of dental things done and having to pay a copay...which is hard as is. Dr. Leslie Wessinger and her staff are wonderful they make you feel like family . I never have to wait long for them to call me back for my appointment. I’ve been seeing Dr. Leslie Wessinger for over five years now, my most recent appointment she fixed my two front teeth and I love smiling again . I highly recommend this dentist office . These pictures that I am sharing, don’t do justice for her great work .
Biltmore Avenue Family Dentistry has been providing dental care for me and my family for many years and we are thankful for the personalized care and friendly professionalism of the entire staff. The hygienists are knowledgeable, friendly and gentle, especially since my teeth are sensitive. Candy Fish is an excellent hygienist. She's always very professional but always down-to-earth and friendly. The ladies at check in always put you at ease immediately. The checkout ladies make paying as enjoyable as can be which helps lessen any financial pain. I haven't run across anyone that I even have a question about. Dr. Leslie is awesome and has an excellent demeanor with patients. Everyone there makes a trip to the dentist as enjoyable as possible and that's very unusual. I almost look forward to going.
