Cracked my only filling. No bueno. Called here. Muy bueno! Really got some good treatment options and decided on a crown for long-term relief. They were patient with me and answered my questions. Got in quick, got a cleaning too, and some imaging done. Super sweet people who were more knowledgeable than other dentists I have seen prior. A really pleasant experience.

The staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I want to especially compliment Amber, my dental hygienist. She is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She makes me feel at ease throughout my visit, and makes what it typically a stressful experience much more pleasant.

The staff, Garret and Dr Eddy, were great. They wasted no time and prepped me for 3 erosion filings. Dr Eddy administered the Novocain to which I had little adverse reaction and he soon set to work on the three fillings. I was out of there in around 30 minutes and the teeth look great and I have no discomfort. I’m impressed!

It’s funny since my kid started at this practice when he was a toddler. I simply loved how kind and friendly everyone was. I asked if they took adults and then switched my dentist right away! Been going to Biltmore Family Dentistry for about 7 years now. they’ve been nothing but top notch! Always feel relaxed, informed and welcomed. Recently had old mercury fillings removed and a crown. Such a great work. So grateful to have selected this practice.

Extremely pleased! I am a very nervous patient and they were very patient and understanding every step of the way, from scheduling the appointment to treatment and check out. I am happy to have found them. Highly recommend!
