Candy and Dr. Leslie took very good care of me at my dentist appointment earlier this week. They were both friendly and professional, and I received a great cleaning. I was coming in as a new patient, and there was some disappointing information about my insurance, but because of the overall vibe of the office in the kindness of the staff, I chose to keep my appointment and pay out-of-pocket. Staff has always been really nice and considerate. I saw a new dentist yesterday and I was very happy with my visit. We decided on a treatment plan that I could afford and it was the best option for my health as well. Everything was explained to me. They answered all of my questions. I get very anxious when visiting a dentist but I was taken care of very well and that helped me feel calm and relaxed.
This review is long overdue. Biltmore Ave Family Dentistry is amazing. The entire team takes incredible care of you as a patient, and their work is top-notch. There aren’t many dental offices that can make you feel genuinely comfortable while cleaning or fixing your teeth—let’s be honest, it’s usually an uncomfortable experience. Somehow, they make the atmosphere calm and relaxing while still doing exactly what needs to be done. Thank you for always taking such great care of me!
Dr. Eddie is an excellent dentist! He provided a very thorough examination and explained everything clearly. My fillings were handled so gently and carefully, which made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. I truly felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Eddie!
I was recommended this practise by very dear friends who spoke very highly of their experience. The staff were great and welcoming. It was an early appointment. I really went because I needed a good comprehensive dental cleaning but as a new patient I understandably had to go first go through all the X-ray procedures and pocket measurements which took up most of the appointment.
