Staff has always been really nice and considerate. I saw a new dentist yesterday and I was very happy with my visit. We decided on a treatment plan that I could afford and it was the best option for my health as well. Everything was explained to me. They answered all of my questions. I get very anxious when visiting a dentist but I was taken care of very well and that helped me feel calm and relaxed.

This review is long overdue. Biltmore Ave Family Dentistry is amazing. The entire team takes incredible care of you as a patient, and their work is top-notch. There aren’t many dental offices that can make you feel genuinely comfortable while cleaning or fixing your teeth—let’s be honest, it’s usually an uncomfortable experience. Somehow, they make the atmosphere calm and relaxing while still doing exactly what needs to be done. Thank you for always taking such great care of me!

This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased! The dental hygienist, Tonya, was excellent and the x-rays, cleaning and check up were very thorough and done expertly without any discomfort. I really enjoyed the large screen TV with a cozy view of a fireplace and snow falling. The music was very calming. Dr Manasa was very pleasant and assured me that I had no problems. It was a perfect dental visit and I will be going back in 6 months. Highly recommended!

Jules, my dental hygienist was excellent. She provided helpful education, including discussing results from systematic reviews on the effects of fluoride. She clearly explained what she was doing throughout the appointment and how it would improve my oral health. I personally felt zero pain during my session. Dr. M is the best dentist I have ever seen. Super smart and knowledgeable. Caring and gentle. I love April, the hygienist that cleans my teeth. She has always done such a great job and is such a kind, sweet person. There's another one my Mom saw, but I can't remember her name. We have been going to this office around 3 years approximately. This dentist office is wonderful!
