They were absolutely wonderful. I was a new patient and they got me in right away. The staff was wonderful. And the assistant who took the x-rays and hosted me till the doctor arrived put me very much at ease. And the doctor was fantastic. He was patient and appeared to be in no rush as he explained my situation to me. (Even though my situation was very minor, he treated it as very important.) I’m 65, and this was as good as any dental experience I have had.

I've had pretty good experiences here, but of the 4 times I've been, I've had a different dentist every time. I'd prefer to work with only one, so I'm not crazy about that. They also have no payment online option, and calling to make payment over the phone is impossible, as the lines are always busy. Nice staff and doctors, though.

I don’t know WHAT happened after Dr. Hill left this office. One I wasn’t even notified that my dentist would change, just showed up and was assigned to someone new. Taylor and Dr. Hill were AWESOME! Now, I can’t get the phone answered. I’m receiving so many different prices. I paid over $2k thinking that was it, well now I’m receiving a statement for another $2k and no communication. Just a bill. I can’t.

Very pleased with this "great" new Dentist office. I had such a great experience with my hygienist Taylor. I met my new, and awesome dentist, Dr. Leslie. Everyone was kind and caring, to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Casey in scheduling was so helpful getting me an appointnent around my work schedule. This is an office with open communication, scheduling and returning calls right away. From walking in, to exiting, I enjoyed the entire team.

I was very happy with my first visit as a new patient at Biltmore Family Dentistry. I arrived early and was seen early. Everyone was very friendly and very competent. My dentist even answered questions that I had that were unrelated to the reason that I was there that day. I couldn’t be happier with my first visit.
