I can’t say enough good things about this dentist. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. Candy Fish is an excellent hygienist. She's always very professional but always down-to-earth and friendly. The ladies at check in always put you at ease immediately. The checkout ladies make paying as enjoyable as can be which helps lessen any financial pain. I haven't run across anyone that I even have a question about. Dr. Leslie is awesome and has an excellent demeanor with patients. Everyone there makes a trip to the dentist as enjoyable as possible and that's very unusual. I almost look forward to going.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I had an appointment scheduled with Biltmore Avenue Family Dentistry this afternoon. I arrived in the area ahead of time but was unfamiliar with their new location. My GPS provided less than stellar directions, leaving me uncertain about where to park and which building to enter. I attempted to call the office for assistance, but I was left on hold for over ten minutes without speaking to anyone. Eventually, I parked and tried to locate the office on my own. I really like all the dental hygienists and the dentists here. The office staff is really great too. My son is going through the transition with baby teeth to adult teeth and gets nervous about which ones are still babies so they printed him up a chart Of his teeth, so he knows. Also, if you’re not into fluoride, they accommodate that, and It’s not a struggle. All in all, I’m happy with the Dental care that my family receives here. I do recommend them. I appreciate them so much.
They were absolutely wonderful. I was a new patient and they got me in right away. The staff was wonderful. And the assistant who took the x-rays and hosted me till the doctor arrived put me very much at ease. And the doctor was fantastic. He was patient and appeared to be in no rush as he explained my situation to me. (Even though my situation was very minor, he treated it as very important.) I’m 65, and this was as good as any dental experience I have had.
