Your folks at the Casa Grande office were great. Its a shame that i live in Prescott and have to do business with a company so far away when Bigham is located in Prescott Valley. This falls on deaf ears for I've filed complaints never to hear from the company at all or how to resolve the issue. If Bingham was serious at all about customer service they would follow up with issues or concerns.
