From the purchase process to trying to service my S70 my experience was not a good one. Sales customer service was horrible there was no communication. I tried scheduling the initial service on my unit and after phone calls and texts with a service tech pushing me off making excuses I ended up using another Bingham in Mesa. The staff I interacted with needs some serious retraining in the processes of completing their jobs properly.
While I think waiting around for 20 minutes to pick up a rental that was called in days prior is a little much, I can overlook that and use it to try and work on my patience. What I cannot overlook is the dishonesty regarding their employee(s). I rented a small piece of equipment for about a month and before loading it on my trailer, I made sure it was topped off with diesel and cleaned up.
