These guys are great!! Had some issues with my tractor and even helped me on some unrelated issues and eric in service took care of me. This is my go to spot in casa grande
From the purchase process to trying to service my S70 my experience was not a good one. Sales customer service was horrible there was no communication. I tried scheduling the initial service on my unit and after phone calls and texts with a service tech pushing me off making excuses I ended up using another Bingham in Mesa. The staff I interacted with needs some serious retraining in the processes of completing their jobs properly.
Staff and service department went above and beyond to fix our tractor. Very professional and kept us informed

While I think waiting around for 20 minutes to pick up a rental that was called in days prior is a little much, I can overlook that and use it to try and work on my patience. What I cannot overlook is the dishonesty regarding their employee(s). I rented a small piece of equipment for about a month and before loading it on my trailer, I made sure it was topped off with diesel and cleaned up.
