I’ve done multiple orders there for parts for my tractor and the gentleman that helped me with my orders is very knowledgeable And just awesome to work with he was very helpful.
This was just ugly from the moment we walked in the door. I told them I was ready with cash (maybe the problem) and was blown off. It took a call to corporate and I talk with the owner to get them to honor the price and complete the transaction. Then I got a "different/damaged" new tractor. After I mentioned contacting Kubota I was eventually sent some new parts. It was bad, really bad. Love the Kubota, it's a beast, and I'm glad I pushed through the process.
