We highly recommend Bingham Equipment! They go above and beyond with customer service. We have an event center and we had our tractor go down on a Sunday. Al went out of his way on a day they were closed to get us a tractor! He generously provided a replacement and got ours fixed within a week! Ordered a Stihl weed eater from the Stihl website at night for pickup at Bingham. Got a call to come in the next morning right after opening. Came in and was helped right away. Process complete within five minutes! Great customer service and as a first time visitor, I was surprised at the amount of merchandise available in store. Also found out about service option I was unaware of. Very happy with the whole experience!
