We highly recommend Bingham Equipment! They go above and beyond with customer service. We have an event center and we had our tractor go down on a Sunday. Al went out of his way on a day they were closed to get us a tractor! He generously provided a replacement and got ours fixed within a week! John in service was fantastic. He took the time to talk with me, explain what I needed and took care of the repairs to my tractor. Al did an awesome job getting both of my tractors up and running.
I own a new Holland skid steer. It was showing on the display screen that a regen was needed. I called the cottonwood location they told me they don’t have the software to gain access to the computer so I call Prescott they tell me they can perform a forced regen. I figured great the unit needs maintenance anyway so we load up and deliver the machine to Prescott from cottonwood. That’s not an easy haul btw. Purchased filters for a routine maintenance. Parts staff had all my info from the initial purchase and gathered up my needed supplies quickly. In and out in 10 minutes. It doesn't get any better
Loved our experience at Bingham and their knowledgeable sales people. They also went above and beyond to get my tractor to me. Kubotas are amazing and I could not be more impressed with it.
