Kubota (Bingham Tractors, Lakeside, Arizona) took the time to look up the part and part number that I needed in a very professional manner. Great asset to Bingham Tractors & Kubota. I purchased this my Kubota BX23S with a gannon box attachment, however one year after got ready to use this attachment and one piece was never sent - I should have either gotten one piece for free or paid 1/2 price. Anyway I will soon have the proper product and attachment. Kubota in my opinion is the BEST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Had first service on my bobcat tractor. Brian and his staff did a stellar job. On time and all items completed as agreed, and on budget.
We paid, and are still paying, good money for our excavator and for the warranty. Then when we have less than 50 hours on the machine we get refused for maintenance because we used an aftermarket air filter ( bought from O'Reilly Auto Parts). Sorry but you have lost a long time customer.
Setup a tractor rental, wrong one brought out.. Taking way too long to get my money back... And the guy at the counter isn't very helpful..
So far everyone at the Lakeside Store has been awesome! very friendly and helpful! ill be buying all my Kubota equipment, Stihl from them from here on out!
