Customer service at Kubota in Show Low really needs improvement. Getting anyone to answer the phone is difficult, and when you finally decide to just go in person, the experience isn’t much better. When I walked in, the lady at the front desk made me feel more like I was disturbing her than like I was a customer. She asked what I needed, then basically directed me down the hallway to someone else without much help or explanation. Carol was very helpful . Answered all my questions and helped save me some rental cost. Also very helpful with operation of the equipment. Both Mesa and Lakeside were very helpful.

Had two vehicles serviced at your location. Everyone was helpful and all was done within the time or earlier than expected. The prices were fantastic and Brian was always available if I had any questions. Will always return for service and will recomend your company to all my friends!

Great customer service!!! I recently had an accident on the tractor I had just purchased everyone in customer service was absolutely great. I knew what was was going on with the repairs every step of the way. I would highly recommend Bingham to anyone that is interested in buying a Kubota tractor. Brian in customer service was absolutely fantastic as well as Ryan and Aaron
