Great meal and great service! Great meal and great service! We are in town for the Pole Vault Summit and wanted a nice meal away from The Nugget. I had steak with onion rings and a salad. All were very good! My son had the chicken Parmesan, which was also very good!

Always a Happy meal there When I am in Reno, you can catch me here. Always busy, but better than average service from waitstaff, and since I ate there about 6 times on this trip, some of the waitresses remembered my name. I ate at the counter 3 times, so I could watch the interaction between them and the cooks. As busy as they are, they do a great job, and the menu is an old-fashioned newspaper with 4 pages. 1st page has headlines from long ago, and the menu portions are filled with comfort foods for all meals of the day. Open 7 days a week. Don't let the street repairs keep you from visiting. I had no problems getting in and out.

Very good late night meal Had a pretty late dinner our last night in town. Greeted promptly at the front and seated. Waitress came over pretty quick. The rest of the service, and food, was good as well.

Delicious Thanksgiving Dinner We ended up in Reno for Thanksgiving due to having to leave Tahoe ahead of a snowstorm. So we had no reservations for TG dinner. We stopped here for breakfast on our way into town and new we would be back. My waffle was magical. It had a bear claw imprint in it and since I have the culinary sophistication of an 8-year-old that really appealed to me. Breakfast was delicious! Service was great. Came back for TG dinner and OMG it was everything I wanted it to be. Delicious turkey with all the fixings plus pie for dessert. It was very homey when we were away from home. Stop by this place and give it a try. You'll love it.
