Quiet place, not a lot of traffic, perfect time to go. Burgers were well cooked and good. Our take home pie sucks. Chocolate cream. Had everything but the chocolate cream filing. Attempted to cut into it, only to discover it was nothing but crumbled pie crust, topped with a marshmallow texture topping, sprinkled with chocolate chips. Very disappointing

I would like to be contacted by someone at Black Bear regarding an experience we had at your Reno Nevada Store. I am from California and weekly enjoy DELICIOUS food and excellent service at your Walnut Creek and Danville California Stores. These two stores in California have provided me nothing but the most delicious hot fresh food served promptly, professionally and with a smile.
