Hello. The food was good but we were very disappointed when we opened our order when we got home and we were not only missing our biscuits we ordered but our chicken fried steak did not have ANY gravy on it. We were missing two big components of our meal and we utterly disappointed. For thirty dollars the quantity of food was good but missing items is no excuse. This makes me question whether I would like to come back to this restaurant.
Francisco was one of the best waiter that I have ever dealt with. He was kind, courteous and polite. We had a very bad experience at one of your other locations (Tarzana,ca) and he just made up for that. He should be recognized for his outstanding customer service.
