We had a great experience at Black Bear Diner! The food was comforting, fresh, and exactly what you hope for when you come here. Our waitress Michelle was absolutely wonderful--friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She really added to the experience. We'll definitely be back!

I took advantage of the Black Bear Diner Birthday Club Reward and ordered the Bear's Choice Breakfast. I ordered two scrambled eggs, upgraded to two round sausage patties and French Toast. My wife ordered the Little Less Dinner Bear Paw Chicken Fried Steak. My eggs were nicely scrambled, thyme seasoning in the sausage was a bit overpowering and the toast was very good, crisp on the outside but moist on the inside. Went to Black Bear diner to celebrate hubby's birthday. Breakfast is the best. We were greeted when we walked in. We were seated right away and the hostess took our drink order. Our drinks were brought quickly. Our waitress arrived shortly after our drinks and took our order. She followed up with us during our meal and was friendly. Our food came out quickly. It was hot and the portions were perfect. The food was tasty. It is fun to see all the bears decorating the restaurant. The restroom was clean.

recently i go there when I entered in restaurant it just a wooooow staff was very nice and friendly and store was super clean and well maintained like every thing was designed perfectly i buy some food and orange juice taste was really great I really appreciate for that kind of service

Holy moly, the portions are huge! You definitely won't leave hungry. The menu is extensive, the staff is professional and efficient, and the food is tasty. I loved the vibe of the whole restaurant - imagine Great Wolf Lodge mixed with Bob Evan's.

My first time here. Great attentive & friendly service the whole meal. I liked the coffee a lot. I ordered an eggs benedict and the presentation was impressive. A lot of food. The first few bites were delicious poached egg, English muffin, & bacon. Then the next bite wasnt good, a slightly off flavor. It was the thinly sliced tomato. I got the Shasta burger and fries , And it came out in record time I ordered it from my room and by the time I walked down from my room to the restaurant it was already done and being bagged up , But I will say the bun was pretty soggy but besides that it was an amazing burger

All Black Bears aren't made alike. This location has a gem of a cook named Jose. He's been the cook during lunch the last 2 times I've been there and the guy knows how to put what I call " slap", on his meat. Yesterday I had a 10oz steak seasoned so well that it required no steak sauce (slap)!! A first for this carnivore who frequents steak houses regularly.
