The table we were seated at (3 little tables put together) was VERY wobbly. We moved over. We asked the waitress to have the music turned down. It was directly over us and very loud. At times we couldn't enjoy our conversation because we couldn't hear each other. The waitress explained it was set per "corporate standards" but she would check to see if it could be turned down. I frequently visit your Manteca location. Food is great and service is as well. However on this visit and on some previous visits i have witnessed which I believe is the manager in charge. (Older hispanic female) i believe her name is Olga being very unprofessional with her employees. I have overheard her degrading the younger employees and waitresses in front of customers. My favorite menu item was the pinneapple upside down panacakes now that they are gone I don't know how often I will visit. =(
