My grand kids love black bear they enjoy eating there this time they love the Christmas decoration inside and outside and we take a beautiful pictures outside with the Christmas light thank you black bear for making my grandkids happy great service great food happy holidays
The food was good and the service was very good. English is a second language in the Pleasanton store. Many patrons and ALL staff were speaking Spanish. This is not our American culture! I recognize the need to hire minimum wage help however the employees speaking to each other and some of the patrons in a foreign language is not the atmosphere I prefer. The food was very good but the service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was not busy. Our waitress seemed preoccupied with personal discussions with other staff.
