Was very good here
Had lunch at Black Bear Diner today. Rusty took such good care of us. He is far above average with his personality, attitude and attentiveness to making sure our dining experience was the best possible. Food was great but service was BETTER! Went in to have lunch with the grandkids and was greeted right away by our favorite server Key. She always makes it a pleasant experience so we make it a must to only stop when she's there. Thank you Key for always serving us like family. I would give her a million stars if I could, she deserves recognition 👏 ✨️
Cary Anne gave me the best BBD!!! She was running around and seemed to be running the whole show, this woman needs a raise!! The other waitresses were lounging around doing nothing all and she kept her composure and still delivered me and my party of 6 the best BBD imaginable!

first I would like to start with saying our server was awesome and she even seemed a little embarrassed by what happened but Suzie took it in stride and helped us out so this is not a reflection on her. My family dines at black bear quite often because we have 4 kids and we never feel bad about bringing them there even if they tend to get a little excited as kids are want to do.
