Friendly staff and good food
Visiting Idaho falls and I’ve never had Black Bear Diner. I’ve seen a commercial for the place. Came in on Monday ( Presidents’ Day ) and had amazing service. From the host seating us, to the server taking our order and dropping off the food; to the manager checking up on us and making small talk. It all felt great and comfortable. We are visiting for about two weeks so we will def be back.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Black Bear Diner in Idaho Falls, ID and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! I wanted to take a moment to commend our exceptional waiter Faouez who went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, our waiter greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made us feel welcome. His personable nature and attentiveness to our needs throughout the meal were truly commendable.

Took my wife to dinner today and we were both craving breakfast. We ordered pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs. My wife hesitated ordering over medium eggs because she hardly ever gets them done properly. Today was a different story, I ordered over easy eggs and my wife ordered over medium, our eggs were cooked to perfection as was the rest of our meal.
