Food was AMAZING! All the staff is super friendly! Gonna come back again and tell all my friends to come in!
We stopped for lunch at the Black Bear Diner in Federal Way on our way home from vacation yesterday. Hadn’t been in quite a few years. I just had to tell our server, Mandi, how good our food was and that we appreciated her excellent service! I even asked to speak to the manager to share what a “great team” she has! I observed each server pitch-in and help clear tables, fill condiments and assist customers as needed. No such thing as “that’s not my table, customer or area” no “boundaries or assigned areas”. Love this place! It’s the first time that I’ve gotten dinner, let alone to go, when we’ve come in it’s always been breakfast but I have to say that steak was AMAZING! And Abigail the one who had helped me was absolutely the best and was very patient with me lol I’ll definitely be getting take out from here again, and of course I’ll still be dining in to
Awesome food and service
Normally going out you can see when the wait staff don’t communicate but tonight the host tonight was amazing! She was helping with everything, after she had gotten us sat and then had gotten our drinks for the server she had no problem taking a minute to answer my questions after helping another table. The food did take a little long but it was worth it! We have gotten some pies for an appetizer they were so good! Really recommend coming here.
