I will give Black Bear Diner a 2 out of 5. My brother and I went on Christmas morning for an early dinner - about 11:30 AM. It wasn't real busy and we were seated at a table in short order. Our waitress brought our drink order and we asked about any Christmas Dinner specials. She seemed unsure but said she thought they had Prime Rib. On every other Christmas visit, they offer a 10oz Prime Rib and a larger slice, but this year only the small 10oz was offered. We both ordered 10oz Rib Eye Steaks instead.
