My family and I like to eat at Black Bear Diner at least once a month. We love the food. There are so many options and they serve everything on their menu all day.

After several times going there- We final got someone that was attentive, pleasant, and put the customer first—HAILIE is awesome! The Manager could learn a few things from her, don’t ever tell a customer that it is up to us to give the employee a raise, duhhh, take the feedback and make it a positive thing, several other employees could really use that!!🥴🤯 She (Hailie) was better than the last 4 waiter/waitresses combined!!
