This was my wife and I's first time here. The atmosphere is Bear themed throughout, I liked it. We were seated right away on a Saturday morning. The waitress was Amber(Am-bear on her tag 😊), she was great, very friendly and on her A- game. I ordered the Grizzly plate. It had eggs, thick bacon, sausage and delicious ham. It also had hash browns which, out of my whole experience, I think could have been better, because they were rather crispy, like thin tortilla strips. They weren't bad, just not what I expected. The pancakes... read more

Have to say I was very disappointed with Black Bear Diner in Burleson. First the atmosphere is very relaxing, however space is not that big. Our server was great and attentive for the most part, but our food was not very good. I enjoy visiting Black Bear Diner. I make an effort to vary my orders each time I dine there. This time, I opted for the Shasta Scramble, which was delicious. The biscuits were tasty, but I found myself unable to finish them. However, I can’t get enough of their hashbrowns. Amber, our server, was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my meal.

Location: right off of I35. It is an easy spot to get into. Good parking. It is such a cute place, this would be a great spot to stop and eat if you’re traveling through! The price: for my husband & I ate ALOT for $29 Granted we drank water but it was a lot of food for the price. My husband rates the pancakes at an 8 out of 10. I was going for more protein. It was quiet & clean! Our waitress was great, I used to work with her, so I knew we were in good hands!!!!!! 🙌🏾 we will be going back soon to try more food!!!! Just try... read more

Delicious food with large portions. I ordered the lighter sized ham and cheese omelet. The portion was perfect, and the biscuits was massive l!
