My fiance and I were here today and Pearson, the manger took real good care of us today. We both had bigger burger either one of us have ever seen. It was dress with everything, no mustard and fries. The first time we went there it wasn't a good experience. But today was a totally different experience. The waitress refilled our beverage before we even asked. Brown Bear is a great place for any meal! Casual, Bear-centric decor with very accommodating Staff. Their menu is vast, allowing most to find many favorites. The platters are over-filled with Texas-size portions. We often leave with leftovers. Big Value very reasonably priced! They have Huckleberry items - the overly big milkshake - glass and shaker is delivered to your table. An inexpensive leader breakfast with a free one on your birthday, and broad spectrum of affordable meal options from CFS to prime rib, and burgers. Some advertising and kids gizmos at the checkout. The menu is huge, but that means there is something for everyone. The pot pie is good but definitely heavy on the black pepper.

Erin was a great server today. My family had a great time catching up and enjoying good food. I requested my bacon crisp and it came out lovely. The waffle was large and dense. It did not come with butter. So if you want butter ask your server.

First time here. I had the pot roast with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and a salad. My Wife had the chicken fried steak with onion rings and a salad. We were waited on promptly and seated.
