My student and i have eaten at the black bear located in northern Oklahoma city Oklahoma 3 times our servers name was Matt he was AMAZING. Very polite very professional at the same time laughed and joked with us and gave excellent advice and was able to answer all of our questions

I love the food...but when we arrived today we waited a bit to be seated and when the hostess was asked by another employee she yelled that she had no time to seat anyone. She proceeded to write on the white board. Nit a great impression.
