This is hands down my favorite place for breakfast. I would drive all the way from Florida to eat here. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly, the service is great and it’s very reasonably priced. If you haven’t eaten at the Black Bear Diner, you are sure missing out!
Went for lunch with 2 friends today and I must recommend the Chicken-Fried Steak - 2 of us had the “Little Less” portion. It was fork tender, and covered in cream gravy! I tried to eat one of the sides (coleslaw) and it was good too, but I wisely just concentrated on the entree! I’d have been too full! I’ll go back, just for the CFS!
