This is my 2nd visit to a BBD. It was clean, delicious food and solid service. My server Rain provided 5-star guest service when speaking to me, taking my order and delivering my food. Rain is an exemplary model of how all servers/employees should perform their duties. Unfortunately she did not receive the gratuity tip because her shift was over before I finished my food. When dining at this location, I recommend requesting Rain as your server.

I have been to several different Black Bear Diners in SoCal and Bullhead City. The food is pretty good, ambience is nice but the service at this particular site was lacking a bit. Our order came. Mine was good. My sons....not so much. He had ordered one of the burger plates, requesting no lettuce and no onions. Along with his burger, he asked for onion rings. Recently went there again after a couple of visits. Good service and food. Nothing like a good and hearty breakfast to start the day. Our waiter was friendly and assisted us with any questions we had. He definitely had good customer service he would check in with us and refill our drinks in a timely manner. Food was delicious no complaints. I didn't feel like we had to wait a long time. Definitely happy with the consistency.

First time checking this place out and the place was nice and had a warm home feeling ambiance. The food options were great and the food was fresh! I had their "Big papa" hamburger with onion rings and it was good. Also the Sweet Potato Fries were fantastic compared to the regular French fries. The service could have been better and the place could've been cleaner as well. I will come back though to try their breakfast since the table across from us ordered it and it looked delicious.
