Every time I come to black bear the food is hot and fresh. You definitely get what you pay for. It's clean with a calm ambience. Love the service and our server Xochitl made sure our coffee was always full and our order came out correctly. Also, the manager stopped by. Highly appreciate this kind of service from this crew. 10/10

We went on Friday for the fish special. Delicious and food was hot, we were full on the first serving. The coleslaw was very tasty. Definitely want to return to try another item from the menu.

Reliable and tasty comfort food. Ate here twice while my son was in the hospital. Meatlovers omelet was just what I needed while waiting for his surgery to be completed.

Was able to get seated right away and the waiter was friendly. Given this is my first time coming here I was surprised that their menu was newspaper style. They have an array of different food options you can pick from. Everything on the menu sounded delicious so much so that I wanted to see what the food looked like since there is no pictures on the menu. First off I'd like to say I've been to multiple locations and this was by far my best experience. Our server *Tanya* was the sweetest and attentive person ever. Made ordering easy, was patient even though i changed my order last min (oops), gave us refills without us asking, offered us a togo cup for our new soda, and didn't make us feel rushed. Food service and ambiance was great! The only thing I would say is, i wouldn't order my plate again. I got the country fried steak, it was ok. The food was good, it just wasn't what thought. It was my first time ordering it.
