Friendly & welcoming staff. Excellent food. Our waitress, Xochitl, was very good. I highly recommend Black bear diner to anyone. Great food and large portions. They do have menu items in smaller portions for those who may want a little less.

I was craving the Black Bear Diner Taco Salad and was in the area. I have not been to this location before. I like the Taco Salad since it is shaped like a giant taco and the portion size is generous. I chose beef instead of the chicken because it seems the beef is much more flavorful. The ingredients were very fresh, especially the sliced avocado. I selected the blue cheese dressing on the side but the salad tasted delicious with just the accompanying salsa. Just had lunch at Black Bear Diner in Colton. Great as usual! Tanya was our server and she was wonderful from "HI, how you guys doing..." The lunch rush was just winding down and the place was a blur with the team cleaning up from it. EVEN THE SHIFT SUPER was bussing tables and taking care of the customers! My wife had the Pot Roast Melt and said it was amazing. Great service ! So far what I have tried I loved ! The staff is very friendly and patient. Clean and cozy restaurant, food comes out quick so you can deff enjoy good food on your 1hr lunch break.

Every time I come to black bear the food is hot and fresh. You definitely get what you pay for. It's clean with a calm ambience. Love the service and our server Xochitl made sure our coffee was always full and our order came out correctly. Also, the manager stopped by. Highly appreciate this kind of service from this crew. 10/10

We went on Friday for the fish special. Delicious and food was hot, we were full on the first serving. The coleslaw was very tasty. Definitely want to return to try another item from the menu.

Reliable and tasty comfort food. Ate here twice while my son was in the hospital. Meatlovers omelet was just what I needed while waiting for his surgery to be completed.

Was able to get seated right away and the waiter was friendly. Given this is my first time coming here I was surprised that their menu was newspaper style. They have an array of different food options you can pick from. Everything on the menu sounded delicious so much so that I wanted to see what the food looked like since there is no pictures on the menu.
