We were promptly greeted and seated by Ebony at the countertop service area. While we have visited this location several times today was hands down our best experience. Ebony shared that while she has been employed with Black Bear that she has tried everything on the menu and to ask any questions. She helped us with our menu selections. Decided to try Black Bear over ihop for breakfast and it's a night and day difference in portions and food quality. Chicken fried steak was hearty and delicious.

Fantastic customer service and food! Our waiter, Jeremy, was super attentive and very kind. Really appreciate they put in our kid's order first so his food came out hot and quick. Ours shortly came out right afterwards. Shortest wait for our breakfast. Being from out of town, the manager was also very welcoming and helpful. Wish I got her name, but she is doing a fantastic job at running this restaurant. When we are back in town, this location will definitely be a stop we will make sure to come back to.

My daughter and I come here often for breakfast, and it's always a highlight of our day. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the portion sizes are generous, and the service is consistently top-notch. A special shoutout to our favorite server, Breelon--he goes above and beyond every single time we visit. 10/10 experience, every time!

It is good for what it is. We like the pancakes and waffles. Coffee is acceptable. Service is kind. It's a chain, so it will have the features of a chain. Do not go in expecting a specialty breakfast joint or a mom-and-pop dining feel and you will not be disappointed. It's not endless pancakes with giant lumps of jelly, so you won't get diabetes when you walk in the door, nor is it grossly soggy... unlike their closest competitors.
