Food was fresh and hot. The costumer service was top tier Food was very delicious 100% recommend eating here!!
Always great food, great service, and very efficient. Rachell was our service and was extremely pleasant and service focused. Always a great place to eat. We always eat breakfast, time to try Lunch and Supper!
Started my day at the counter with Ebony offering up a "secret" menu item. The Avocado Toast she suggested was absolutely perfect! Ebony is as sweet as can be...a great addition to the Cypress location. Will definitely be back.
The food here is phenomenal. However, if you have a gluten allergy... beware. There is very little here that is safe. My husband loved everything on his plate. Service was fantastic, and it was definitely worth the wait.

Great service! Food was great and delicious quick and fast, no wait time. Server Rachel was very nice and descriptive with the menu for my first time! Totally will come again
Jody is super sweet and checks on us just enough to not need anything. The food was delicious with huge portions... we didn't finish it all... we will be back.

First time visiting Black Bear Diner and we were absolutely glad we made that decision. I don't use the word "beautiful" very frequently but this cafe is full of beautiful charm, decor, food and above all, their team is made up of beautiful people.
