Started my day at the counter with Ebony offering up a "secret" menu item. The Avocado Toast she suggested was absolutely perfect! Ebony is as sweet as can be...a great addition to the Cypress location. Will definitely be back.
The food here is phenomenal. However, if you have a gluten allergy... beware. There is very little here that is safe. My husband loved everything on his plate. Service was fantastic, and it was definitely worth the wait.

Great service! Food was great and delicious quick and fast, no wait time. Server Rachel was very nice and descriptive with the menu for my first time! Totally will come again
Jody is super sweet and checks on us just enough to not need anything. The food was delicious with huge portions... we didn't finish it all... we will be back.

First time visiting Black Bear Diner and we were absolutely glad we made that decision. I don't use the word "beautiful" very frequently but this cafe is full of beautiful charm, decor, food and above all, their team is made up of beautiful people. 10.1.23 Super late lunch again. Hubby and I were in the Cypress area finishing up some chores and stopped at BBD for a quick meal before heading home. We both ordered breakfast food. I was going to redeem my birthday meal but when I went to pay it was expired. Bummer! I ordered a French toast meal with bacon and eggs. Everything was very tasty. I would order it again.
