Customer service was over the top. Ms. Rachel was an amazing waitress and accommodate us with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back. Food was also a 10/10

Chose the black bear overt texas Roadhouse because we prefer the lesser known restaurants. Wife had the pot roast (10/10) and I had the giant chicken fried steak (8/10). Both were very good, but I loved the pot roast flavor. Would definitely return just for that. Mashed potatoes were real, homemade, as were the gree beans and salad. Definitely a positive experience.
Great diner. I have been there twice, nice for dinner and once for breakfast. For Father's Day place was packed but we were seated fast. Loved the way it looked. It was very clean even though it was extremely busy.servers were friendly. Great home style cooking.

I rarely eat breakfast out. We tried Black Bear diner. I had the sweet cream pancakes, which were absolutely delicious, 2 eggs over easy- cooked perfectly, and the bacon was thick and chewy and delicious. My sister had a BLT, they give you a massive amount of good french fries that you could never finish, unless you were really hungry. Generous portions. Meal was about $12. First time visiting a Black Bear Diner, Kameron took great care of us and the kitchen was in perfect form. Great tasting coffee, and the breakfast came out fast and looked great. Scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked and bacon was just right. Biscuits were large and went great with both the gravy and jelly. Every team member was smiling and looked happy to be there, and everyone we talked with was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
Rachel was great and the food was amazing! Food was fresh and came out hot. Would definitely come again!
