Came in yesterday for lunch and it was quite busy we almost left but we glad we didn't. Our service was awesome and our food was amazing. One thing I love the most is girl power and yesterday they gave it. The all female service staff was on top of everything no complaints they moved as fast as they could to accommodate everyone and I really appreciate seeing that the manager on duty was just as involved and not just watching. We left out with full bellies and smiles on our faces.
Went in for lunch. Great vibe the place was clean. The lovely manager did a great job directing the staff ( Michelle ). She seemed a bit over work but handled it gracefully.
Ogden Utah Diner. Went Saturday and had the splendid prime rib special. Waitress, Yasmin, is great. Meal was excellent. Prime rib was tender and flavorful as it should be. Comes with salad or soup, a cob of corn, cornbread muffin, taters and gravy and the 5/8 pound prime rib. I cannot understand folks carping about this place. You can't please everyone. This proves that.
Came in for lunch. Taco Salad is huge. Love the gift shop. Kudos to management the store is cleaned and well kepted
Stopped by my favorite Black Bear. Shout out to the staff did a great job
Great food and great service!! Our server was busy with other tables so she was running behind but the manager sprung into action, and took care of us. We've visited this location at night before and the service wasn't that great but tonight made up for that!!! It's so refreshing to that she was willing to step up and help not just my family but we observed her do this the entire time we were there. We will definitely be back as long as she's managing.
Large portions of food, A1 service. Thank you Andrea for your amazing service, Deon for the refills, and the whole staff for making my experience wonderful!!! I will be back
Place was busy but it did not disappoint. The staff is wonderful and the manager is GREAT at her job. The energy she gives to her staff and guest
Love the flow of the diner. The manager she is amazing how she has her eye on everything. Only negative is the male and female manager were not helpful to her at all. They were more of a hindrance.
