Food for DAYS!! Rachel was a sweetheart and her recommendation on the cookies n' cream milkshake was perfect! Bacon was one point, sausage links were juicy, and pancakes were fluffy!
Once again you guys have outdone yourselves. The food was fantastic as per usual. We are a Doctor's office here in Cypress. I would say this is one of our go to spots at least once a month to every other month. We always have a pretty big order nothing is ever missing. Everyone loves the food. Never any complaints. Thanks to your Cypress Restaurant team. We love the thoughtful and funny notes you add to each meal. We will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you so much till we eat again......

The food is still great here! I was in the mood for breakfast and they satisfied the craving . Rachel was excellent! She was very attentive, nice, and was always taking care of us. My mother in law lives down the street and wants to come back again and again.
The food was great but the restaurant needs to be remodeled. The quality of the food along with a more modern look would increase sales significantly.

I had eaten breakfast at other Black Bear Diners in the Phoenix and Las Vegas areas, so I decided to give this one a try for dinner. I had a turkey club sandwich and my friend had the light version of meatloaf. The service and the food were both excellent. The prices were very fair. Great experience again at Black Bear.
