started out being moved from one section to another.. then no one came to help us. I flagged Penny down and she was wonderful took care of us right away even pushed our order to the front and kept checking on us. if you ever go ask for Penny section she will take wonderful care of you.

Good food, nice place to eat.
I have been coming to Black Bear in Gresham for several years now. My favorite server is Penny, she is customer oriented, very friendly and does a great job! On Wednesday mornings she also organizes my Toastmasters group and we couldn't do it without her enthusiasm and focus. Thanks Penny!
