Went Hanford black bear the service was great, the restaurant was super clean but the manager Annette was the best. She couldn’t have been any friendlier we will be going back for sure.

I was in the Hanford store this morning The hostess Savannah also very nice. She seated us and was very polite. She helped us with everything we needed. Great service from everyone.

So this morning I woke up needing a hefty breakfast and thought where could I go. Black bear of course. I walked in and was greeted with a smile by all staff and better yet the manager. She was polite, prompt and ensured I was tended to. What a great morning and amazing experience. Thank you Annette for the gratitude and trained staff to add to the experience. I will be sure to return and pass along the word.

I came to black bear diner today and my server did such a wonderful job. She was fast and very attentive. The food was amazing very tasty. Highly recommend this place.
