Went for lunch, ordered patty melt, with onion rings. Everything was great until I bit into the last onion ring. As you can see in the photo it was not edible. When shown to waitress and the cashier at checkout their basic response was sorry. I wasn’t trying to get a free meal, I paid the bill in full but felt like the response could have been more like they cared.

I went there with my kids for mother's day and they gave me a flower and made it feel so special to me and my family ❤️ I really appreciate it!
Really good food and customer service, my waitress was awesome, Michael is her name, you MUST check it out.

Loved all the bears stuff.
The service has had it ups and downs. Somedays it good others it needs some work. Like we went there yesterday and the service was good. when we went there last mounth the service was no that good. Having to wait along time to be seated, getting our order wrong or keep check up on us every 2 min. It ok to check up on a table but not every 2 min making it hard to enjoy your food. Great Place For Dining And Friendly
Went to several restaurants to help with my puréed diet with no luck. Came here and they were so friendly about it! I wasn’t embarrassed at all about it, like I usually am, and I’m just in awe. Thank you!
