This restaurant has been around for a few months now. We were coming from our daughters gymnastics class nearby so we decided to stop by. We were able to be seated right away. We ordered our drinks; huckleberry lemonade, coffee and chocolate milk. We ordered an omelette kids pancakes and sides of bacon and another meal. We paid $91 dollars, but it was yummy. This is the second time this week we have eaten here. Fortunately for us we've had the same server both times (although service here is typically very good) her name is Dayrel! Both times she gave us helpful suggestions to totally improve our meals!! The hostess, Kimmy always is friendly and SO efficient! I got the pot roast melt and it was amazing!!

Today I took my family a party of 4 to this restaurant. I had never been there before and it was our first time. The restaurant looks very clean and busy. The food was good as well. My server name is Any and was excellent. She checked on us a few times and apologized for the delay on the food. I've been to many restaurants and the timeline for the food to arrive at the table after placing the order is between 12 to 14 minutes. It took over 36 minutes for our food to arrive. Our server, Dayrell (apologies if we spelled that incorrectly), was absolutely wonderful! She showed such genuine kindness, great hospitality, and attentiveness throughout our visit. It's rare to see someone serve with that level of care and warmth -she really made our experience at Black Bear Diner a pleasant one. Thank you, Dayrell, for your amazing service!

The best breakfast joint in the area. The decorations are unique with a cabin feel. The seating times are quick and the dice of the location is large. Seating is comfortable with many booths. Desserts are delicious and so is all the breakfast items. Staff has been kind and friendly every time I go.

My husband and I love this restaurant! The food is amazing and the staff is always so friendly and fun. The inside is just so cute too. Literally makes you feel like you're in big bear dining on the lake. Want to give a special shout out to Valydia (Hope I spelled that right) she was so kind and attentive although running back and forth and so funny and inviting. Thank you for yet again making our experience so pleasant. Will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in just after 4 pm to beat the crowd. Wasn't super hungry so I ordered the bowl of chili. Tyler was our server and he was more than helpful! The chili was hot and very thick, really good too! It came with a cornbread muffin and was filling. The place was very clean and not too crowded. Overall, I would have the chili again. I left feeling full and satisfied.

I love this place. It doesn't matter what time you go to Black Bear it's amazing. I'm just a guy who doesn't feel like cooking and this place has everything from breakfast to dinner!
