Food was great and the biscuits and cornbread were delicious! The day we went we were told they were understaffed and things may take awhile so, food came out later and it was okay. A nice place to have family breakfast/brunch!
We love Cheddars. Great environment, always full of happy families and great comfort food and for my rascally nephew they have a game console to keep him busy. Give it a try
Everything was perfect! Good service and large servings and pleasant environment. Everybody with us enjoyed their meal!
Every time I am west and yelp a diner and see Black Bear as an option I know instantly that it will be in my top 5 for comfort food destination. This time out I had the country fried steak meal with soup, salad, mashed potatoes and country gravy. This was plenty of food but I worked my way through it. It was no surprise that I also came back the following morning for breakfast. I love this place and can honestly say that having dined in several locations in multiple states I am an impressed with the consistency throughout lo... read more

Being from the east coast it has been difficult to find a diner that's not seen as a cafe. Well I can definitely say that falling upon this amazing place with amazing service and food to made it even better! My friend and I got own things as I LOVE egg Benedict's as I truly NEVER tasted the ones they made ever! It was super tasty!! As even the diner itself was so adorable it truly brought out a PA feeling when walking in such as the wooden panels and the forest like vibes made the place a home welcoming feeling! I will be go... read more
I ordered the tri tip and was told they didn't have any but Johnny the manager got it worked out. It was cooked to order and my server Christy was an absolute gem. I will be back!
First time there, place was packed but staff was nice and friendly, customers didn't cause any ruckus so that was a plus! Once seated I was confused about where the money was and the waitress as if this was my first time I told her yes she was extremely helpful and gotten me through the newspaper that is the menu!!! I was trying to find a good drink and she recommended the Huckleberry lemonade and I'm glad she did because it was beyond delicious! She worked with me to get my order how I would like it and when I tell you ever... read more
Usually I love Black Bear Diners. But this one was substandard. The coleslaw had scrambled egg in it. Plus tasted really weird. If this had been my first time trying coleslaw it would have been my last. Our waiter was friendly but not real attentive. So our tea ran out. Maybe it was just a bad day.
