We have been coming to this Black Bear at least once a month ever since we moved to modesto, 10% for the food, which is an amazing value and tastes delicious, and 90% for the staff. We schedule our visits and are always willing to wait just to make sure we can sit in Ms Paula's section She is the most incredible waitress I've had at any restaurant ever.
