Sunshine was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She was was very kind and attentive. The food is always good too. And the place was clean and looked really good as well.
We went here shortly after it opened with some friends and it was pretty good. Since then we've gone back a few times and the service is lacking and the food has gotten from hot and fresh to mediocre at best. We normally go for dinner as it has such a variety of offerings. Would suggest mgmt look hard at who they are hiring as servers to make sure they have a service attitude and will be pleasant to guests and enjoyable to talk to. Brought the family for brunch. Regardless of the 45 minute wait, the food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive. They did forget one of our plates. As they all came out at different times. The waiter went and got our plate for us.

Had a positive experience at Black Bear Diner. The service was fast, our server was attentive and really quick. Food was pretty good. You can't really go wrong with breakfast items but I will say their ham was actually good unlike other breakfast places I've gone to. The diner was clean which is a must!

Always a quick go to place! We order à la carte when we don't want too much to eat! Servings are big here! Definitely leave full! As busy as it always is - the servers are on it, from refilling drinks in between to all requests and then some between tables! Parking isn't the greatest as it gets packed.

Sunshine was our server and she was excellent very attentive and helpful. She made sure our first time was memorable. I chose the volcano and had lots left over for another meal. Definitely will come back

This is my 2nd time at Black Bear and it did not disappoint. The pancakes are what brought me back! Sweet cream pancakes did not even need syrup but I added some anyway. Will be back again soon!

Fun place with decent priced breakfast food and large portions. If you are sans kids or looking for smaller table options, sitting at the bar is fun to see the hustle and bustle of the kitchen in the diner setting. Reminds me of smaller delicatessen in New York.
