In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. The food (breakfast) was plentiful and delicious. Our waiter/server Earnest was excellent he served us well.We will return and ask for his section. We celebrated our 24th Anniversary there. North Little Rock
