You're always going to find haters, even if everything's perfect. Our experience was great. Service was excellent, food was great, atmosphere was pleasant and prices were reasonable. To those of you writing negative reviews stick with fast food places and leave the diners to those of us that appreciate good food!!!
Just wanted to say as we were headed home to idaho after a short buisness trip to Colorado, my husband and I stopped in your diner for dinner and was actually a little tired and grumpy from the long travel. Being seated right by the grill had lightened our moods not only with our amazing waitress Amy but the assistant manager Chris was in the back cooking and as I watched him with his very posative attitude interact with the other employees made my night. I love Black Bear Diner in Ogden Utah! Sometimes we go there twice a day! A lot of the staff knows us by name and always greet us with big smiles when we go there! Not only do they have great food but, great music, and an amazing staff! Heather is a great manager and is always really friendly. She always goes the extra mile to make people feel at home!
