Came for breakfast and food was so good .!!! Our server Melinda was so sweet and attentive. I love coming here.

The food here is good. Service is fast, friendly, and catches all the details. It's a good diner experience with diner menue with a twist. The cons are the lack of ventilation. My family and I come in for dinner the last 4 weeks and almost every time the entire dinning rooms feels with smoke that smells like burnt beef. the staff try to control it, but something is broken for this to keep happening. The food was excellent and Michelle was attentive and very kind, I would recommend this place for breakfast. The Cinnamon roll french toast and the grits were particularly tasty.

We always enjoy coming here food is delicious but our visits really stand out because of Mario. He is friendly, attentive, and makes us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sit down. I've been coming to Black Bear Diner every weekend for over a year, what makes me come back is the exceptional service I get every time from Mario and Gio, the food is amazing and the portions are better than any other restaurant around. I will keep coming back to my favorite breakfast restaurant. Thank You Mario and Gio for the great hospitality and for making me feel at home every time.

Denise was amazing!! Had a mishap with some of the food and she rectified the situation fast and with a friendly demeanor!! Service was excellent and I felt taken care of so well!! It's tough to find good service these days especially if some things don't go as planned with a meal. From what I can see, Denise is a dedicated server who takes pride in her work!! Thank you Denise for making the evening end on a high note!
