Late review. Had dinner with my family about 2 weeks ago and we decided to stop by Black Bear for a quick bite. Jessie the waiter was the best made us want to visit again. The food was good and the service by Jessie was even better.

Our server, Jesse, was very nice and accommodating. It was my first time there, and he was so patient and helpful with the menu. Our food was delicious, and whenI left, I bought a couple bottles of their signature hot sauce. Yum!

My boyfriend and I have been at this blackbear diner multiple times out and Mario and Melinda are absolutely amazing. Both have great customer service and just great social skills. We will both be continuing to come here. The chicken avocado sandwich as well as the BLT are great, and anything from their breakfast selection will make you happy. The environment of the restaurant is also very welcoming and I love the range of music they play.

A very classic and comforting diner feel, but the service was kind of slow. I'd recommend it if you have time to wait and slowly enjoy your food, but not if you want a quick brunch place. Overall, the food was pretty good though. I got the build your own breakfast, and it was pretty standard eggs, bacon, and a waffle. Nothing super special, but just classic diner food done well.

My husband and I recently had brewkfast at Black Bear Diner in Rancho Cucamonga, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He ordered the turkey dinner, and it absolutely blew him away, especially when compared to Mimi's Cafe. Having tried Mimi's turkey dinner before, he can confidently say that Black Bear's version is better by far.
