Recommendedbut not this particular one cause our biscuits were under cooked and I don't see why these places can't serve filtered water with the sodas are Bleh! but other BBD are good.

This is our favorite Black Bear. The staff is always nice, and they have always welcomed our dog.

I travel a lot between Sac and Medford on business. BlackBearDiner in Redding has become a sanctuary along the way for this tired, hungry traveler. i usually get my standby the tritip sandwich. It never disappoints. Karen is always on it. Getting what we want before we have to ask for it. II find that we will wait to stop along the way til we get to Redding. Tim always takes care of us there. Its the Best "Just off the Highway" restaurant from Sac to Medford.
