In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Stopped by and grabbed the cinnamon roll french toast special since they serve breakfast all day. Wasn't expecting the nice surprise of an actual cinnamon roll to be included. The other two was really French toast, cinnamon swirl, with a glaze drizzle. It came with sides of course, but the rave is the french toast. Delicious and filling.
