This was my first time at Black Bear Diner and the Sugarland location didn't disappoint. Israel was our waiter and I wouldn't want anyone else. He greeted us promptly and with a smile. Our orders were made correctly and hot when they came to the table. He suggested the chicken sausage egg scramble and I loved it. 10 stars

My favorite Sunday breakfast spot! Every time I come, the atmosphere is always amazing and super attentive. Isreal, our server today was the best we had so far. Always made sure we were taken care of, definitely felt like home. Don't get me started on the food portions. I always have enough to take home afterward. It's definitely worth every dollar, and not to mention the food quality! If you haven't given Black Bear dinner a try, definitely do, and you won't regret it!

I tried this place out for the first time last month, and I finally had time to write this review for it. It was pretty late on a Thursday night when we came in for a quick dinner for 3, so the restaurant wasn't busy. The interior of the restaurant had everything bear themed, and it was so cute. Normally I don't have very high expectations when it comes to traditional American diners.
