If you're looking for a welcoming environment with awesome service and amazing food come here!!! This was my first time Miguel took very good care of us!! The manager was sweet and helpful. You can tell the the staff really likes their jobs. We did stay for hours talking and NOT once we're we made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcoming but quite the opposite!! I love this place the waiter Miguel took very good care of us !! Also the manager Jody is sweet and always checked on us the food is fresh, hot, and healthy portions. They had patients with us chatting it up for hours making us feel extremely comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend !
I visited Black Bear SugarLand for the first time today, and I was NOT disappointed. My husband came a few weeks ago and told me how great the food was. We were out celebrating today, and figured, why not close the day off with delicious food. Miguel was our server, he was friendly, accurate with our order, and gave us top knotch service. We will definitely be back....soon!

The food was fantastic fresh hot and fast Brandi was my waitress. The new manager came by to check on us she is super sweet funny and you can tell she loves her job!
