Service was good. Asked for crispy pancakes-they we're not crispy. Weird taste on the ham steak for the Wife. Overall, we will be back to try a few of their lunch and dinner dishes. For breakfast, we probably won't be back. Glad to support small businesses.

We were in the area shopping around and decided to have some traditional American breakfast/lunch/brunch meal (and dinner if you want to count that) Found this treasure trove of a location. The atmosphere was great, clean and traditional American style. The customer service from the staff that we came across were great. Attentive and courteous. The menu was old fashioned newspaper style with some information/trivia about the history and other locations. There were a lot of great options - the huckleberry Lemonade was ... read more

This is my second time to this restaurant and we really had a great experience! Me, my cousin and my grand daughter went there today and had an amazing waiter, Israel! He was very gracious and personable. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The thick and crispy bacon was so good and the potatoes were delicious and that humongous biscuit! Wow! The pancakes were so tasty and my cousin didn't need any syrup! My grand daughter enjoyed her pancakes and bacon! Worth every penny. Please give it a try and ask for Israel!

Food is good, and they serve it in giant proportions! The artwork is like walking into a cabin decorated by big burly dudes, but you expect that I think upon entry. Pie was meh, don't recommend that part. Staff was friendly, which is nice!

Kudos to server Reuben! He saved the day on Sunday. Naturally, it was super busy on Father's Day for brunch. We waited well over an hour and he saw that myself, wife and three children had been standing in the lobby for a long time. He found us a table and escorted us back. We told him by that point that one of my children had to leave within 30 minutes to get to work. He rushed her order to the kitchen and had her taken care of within minutes. His attention to detail for the rest of the meal was top notch as well, despite h... read more

We like the food and the ambiance, but I'd avoid at peak hours. We expected a wait at 10:30 on Sunday, and they said 45 min., but it took an hour. They missed one of our meals which came out 15 min. after everyone else's. All the extras add up quickly. Kids meal ($5), side of sausage ($5) and glass of milk with 1 refill ($6.60) adds up to an expensive meal for a kid. Service has always been good. Seems well staffed.
