Amazing service. And a very attentive server (Nestor). Food came out so quick and very delicious.
Steaks cooked to perfection! Asked for 2 steaks at different temps and they nailed it. Nestor was great, attentive, helpful, checked in and made sure we were comfortable.
Today I went to have breakfast with my family and we were served by 2 very friendly and attentive waiters, always smiling. The food was very delicious, I ordered an omelette and it was hot freshly made and the crispy French fries, I like this black bear from Sunnyvale because their food is always served fresh, besides the fact that the restaurant is always clean
Food and service were great, they were very quick with the meal. Waitress was helpful and kind.
Our host Alexandra was amazing. Food was delicious. Service by everyone here was awesome. It was my first time coming and I will be coming back for sure!

Food was hot and fresh. Quality food and good portions. Staff were also very friendly throughout my meal.
Food was cooked excellently the waitress was very nice and welcoming she checked up on us frequently which was nice the service was fast and prompt. Definitely will be back
Alexandra made our meal the best it could be! she was very attentive and constantly made sure we were okay and didn't need anything else. all with a smile!
