Alejandro is amazing and attentive--he takes care of my large meeting groups with kindness and professionalism. The food is always wonderful and the service is exceptIonal. Service was excellent, Crystal was attentive and friendly. Burgers were good, not exceptional; fries were hot and tasty. Berry pie was a bit of a disappointment with only a top layer of crust. Berry filling was light in color with a perfume/flowery taste not usual in berries. We hsve dined at 3 BBDs, dessert seems to be its weak link, meals so far have been good.
We always enjoy going to Black Bear Diner (other locations of this chain restaurant, too!) as we can always count on them for large portions and a comforting "just like home" experience. This visit was no exception. Enjoyed them for breakfast this weekend, largely spurred by the free breakfast coupon for my birthday (pro tip: sign up for their rewards program!).
