Excellent service! The food was delicious, everything arrived as ordered, and quickly. Waitress Alexandra was very nice and attentive, and the ambiance was amazing. I'll definitely keep coming!
i never use yelp but I had to come on here to review this place. been coming here for years and although the food has taken a SLIGHT dive since the pandemic (shoild be expected anyway) it is still way beyond any other diner or dare I say restaurant in the area. the servers have always been amazing throughout the years and the atmosphere quite quaint. José was very attentive and friendly. The food was exactly what I needed after my travels and Jose made sure he communicated my requests with the kitchen. Everyone from the moment I walked in was friendly and seemed to have a good team dynamic. They also have a good taste in music playing. I enjoy coming to dine at this location.
Love the beautiful decorations and ambiance, feels rustic and woody in a crowded city. My favorite food has been the cream waffle! One of the best I have had. Friendly staff too.
Amazing food and service. Our waitress did a great job, she was so friendly and attentive. Food was really good and the ambience was great. We definitely will come back to this diner.
Service is always outstanding at black bear. Our experience here is always the best. Food tastes really good, always serving big portions. The ambience is great to share with family and friends. Definitely one on my favorite spots in town.
Waitress crystal was great, she had style and great customer service. Everything was pretty much perfect... um yeah actually id say it was completely perfect. Heck i love the music here too. I definitely love the pancakes.
Crystal was awesome! She made the dining experience great! The food was excellent and plentiful. And the restaurant is very peaceful and homey to be in.
