First time eating at black bear diner and I have to say it's one of the very few places in Turlock with the best costumer service, clean environment, and welcoming service! Thanks to Felicia for being very attentive and making sure our family was taken care!!!

The food was great, but the service was definitely a bit slow on their end. Fine if it's a third option.

The service was amazing thanks to the supervisor Felicia, everything went perfect for my birthday. We'll definitely be back hopefully Felicia is there !!! Give that girl raise !!!!!

I just have to say we love this place! The waitress, Felicia, always treats us like family. we always get great service and the food is great! we always make sure we go on the nights we know she is working. Always a welcoming environment for all familie. I would recommend this place to all!

Very disappointed with their Christmas dinner. The plates looked like they were just thrown together. Restaurant not prepared for people, long wait. The waitress and waiter were very attentive. They need to be more prepared.

Had a issue from a prior visit. Mr ALVEREZ contacted me right away and took care of everything. He has great management skills, seems to love his customers makes th feel like they are the best will start going to this location again.
