Delicious breakfast worth waiting for. Shasta scramble was really good as was the rye toast- both cooked perfectly!

Food was ok. Had to reheat it after during a block. Staff was slow and unprepared for customers. I'm only in Willows a few times a years to visit family, but the last couple of times have been disappointing. I was hoping that with the change of ownership, it would have improved. Sorry to say it hasn't.

Been to many black bears before bu this one tops them all. Amazing service, genuine smiles and great food. Don't know why the star rating is so low because this is the best black bear my family has ever eaten at.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to our waitress Kimberly, she is an absolute rockstar. When we arrived we could tell the crew was a little short-staffed, but they still did a fantastic job busting out all those external orders & serving their customers. Kimberly gave us great service and was professional & kind the entire time. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it, the food was great!

I did an online order for biscuits and gravy , and if I go to black bear diner again , it's going to be in chico. Just a few months ago I had biscuits and gravy, and the container was full With plenty of gravy. Well , this time I order from willows , and there's One biscuit and barely enough Gravy , it was super dry and the bacon didn't seem like it was cooked long enough. I'm really disappointed.I mean spending $11 on 1 biscuit and barely any gravy.Next time I'm just gonna go to Wendy's.Why get the same amount but for only ... read more
