Some mornings are more than just meals--they're ministry, laughter, and a little too much syrup. The food was great big portions and good prices and our waitress Sherri was so amazing she made sure we had everything we needed and was attentive and so sweet even though we could tell she was busy thank u for making our experience so good.
The food was plentiful. I had the chicken fried steak. It was so tender I could cut it with my fork, it came with hash brown potatoes, 2 eggs, and a biscuit covered with gravy. There was so much I had to take half of it home. On a prior vis3it I had the biscuits and gravy, the portion was huge, I had to take half home. Both meals the flavor was exquisite. I could not believe the prices, they were so low. A great place to eat, I give it a five star..
Great location next to our motel. Wonderful service, great menu, and good pricing. Breakfast is their strength as we loved it all and then some. Platters are all huge. Next time will return for their prime rib dinner!

We ate at the black bear last week. My eggs, hash browns and toast were excellent. My husband had the biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were huge and gravy was delicious. See u again.
Amazing service! Clean & beautiful ambiance! The gift shop is cute and decorated with Easter decor! Our server's name is Shawna and she has such a great personality! She treats her like customers like family! We had a hard time ordering and she helped every step of the way! Definitely come eat here! :)
