great food and amazing service. We were very impressed with our server Jackie. She was very tentative and so sweet. Can't wait to go back.
We arrived in the middle of the week for a late breakfast/brunch. The restaurant was fairly empty, which was a good thing since there were only two employees covering the entire front-of-house. There were several dirty tables that stayed dirty for most of the time that we were there, but these two women were doing everything they could to seat customers, take orders, bring drinks, deliver food, and check-out guests at the registers. Have been here before and have always had excellent service. One again, thanks to Shawna the service was fantastic. The portions are huge (a good thing. Especially their Bread Pudding!) and delicious. Thanks again, Shawna for being so sweet and fun. Really enjoyed having you wait on us. We will be back soon!
great service and food was tasty ordered the open face, turkey sandwich, turkey and gravy mashed potatoes and cranberries were good. The bread that it was put on was a little stale.

We go to the Black Bear Diner every week. We both have our favorites. Mine is the Buffalo chicken salad with Bleu cheese. We always sit in the same section where David is the server. He makes our visit special every time. He has a fun, fantastic personality and has become a family friend. The food, the family atmosphere and David makes the Black Bear diner an amazing experience every time.
