The service was great and the food was awesome.
The food was the best - I had pot roast and vegetables with mashed potatoes and gravy plus the freshest green beans, And a large, fresh baked cornbread muffin! Then dessert of variety taken home to share: bread pudding, double chocolate lava cake and blueberry cobbler!!! The iced tea was fresh like it was brewed just for us. Too bad we don’t have one in Louisville KY!
We arrived and checked in. They quoted a 10 minute wait. I got Mom in the restaurant and comfortable. I wandered around the restaurant to see the changes. I spotted two seats at a counter that were open. I checked and we were seated immediately. We got beverages and menus. I ordered the chicken fried steak with a salad, green beans and coleslaw.
