Looked at spas at the Evergreen State Fair. The St.Tropez model was listed at a very fair price. Tub was delivered and installed on time by 2 very polite gentleman, and I have been using it every night since. It was a pleasure doing business with Black Pine
The experience with Santi in the store was very enjoyable. On a big purchase he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I went to 5 other shops before using Black Pine for our spa. This was a gift for my wife for our 25 year anniversary. The shipping time for a custom order tub was longer than expected and on delivery day, there was an issue with the tub.
