The experience with Santi in the store was very enjoyable. On a big purchase he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I went to 5 other shops before using Black Pine for our spa. This was a gift for my wife for our 25 year anniversary. The shipping time for a custom order tub was longer than expected and on delivery day, there was an issue with the tub. I have bought a house that has a spa that was purchased from black pine. So I am not even a customer. I called with what I thought was a problem with my hot tub. Joel and Santi, treated me as if I had just bought a $20,000 spa from them yesterday. These guys were amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and within a few minutes had me going again. Turns out it was used error. But they were great nonetheless. Santi at Black Pine Spas was the best. No fluff, just the facts sorta guy. Very pleasant, No pressure too. I did my research to find a spa and business that could do me justice. Sales could have gotten 5 stars but then they couldn’t actually get us the spa we paid for. We were then sold on buy one that’s in stock and get it asap. Apparently asap can still mean up to 5 weeks? Seriously irritated already and we haven’t even received anything. Run around run around and apologies. If you want a spa go elsewhere! We had a great follow up experience with Santi and Black Pine. After our first drain/refill we were having some issues. Santi was super responsive and helpful, so was Joel. Marcus and Jesus came out and were fantastic. Very happy with the service.
