We bought our hot tub at the Tacoma store about a year ago. Santi (the salesman there) was great about showing us several options in hot tubs, several options for financing, and never pressured us at all. We found exactly what we wanted, and everything from that moment on went super smoothly. A year later, I can still call if I have a question and talk about how to address it. Updated Review from a 1 Star!! I bought a 6x6 Platinum Spa from Black Pine. The hot tub was paid for and delivered without issue. A problem occurred when, after having the electrician connect it, the inspection would not pass - the hot tub did not have the required UL plate to certify that it was legal for use in the state of Washington. Terrible follow up and customer service. If your tub needs a fix or has a problem be prepared to wait weeks for an appointment and weeks to get any attempt at a resolution. A required 150.00 trip fee each time they come to fix an issue the hot tubs that are selling have a problem. Our Platinum Spas tub has had nothing but issues in the 1.5 years we have owned. Santi at Black Pine is great. He helped me by answering all my questions in the process of shopping for my first hot tub, and after much research and shopping around I decided on Black pine. Having a store locally and having a real person to talk to plus getting an American made spa was important to me. Santi is the best.
