I bought a 6x6 Platinum Spa from Black Pine. The hot tub was paid for and delivered without issue. The first problem occurred when, after having the electrician connect it, the inspection would not pass - the hot tub did not have the required UL plate to certify that it was legal for use in the state of Washington. After 2 months of back and forth with the store, the electrician trying to close out the work, the inspector threatening fines, and my complete exasperation, Black Pine finally agreed to replace the hot tub. Santi at Black Pine is great. He helped me by answering all my questions in the process of shopping for my first hot tub, and after much research and shopping around I decided on Black pine. Having a store locally and having a real person to talk to plus getting an American made spa was important to me. Santi is the best. Extraordinary response from the staff at Black Pine when I call regarding maintenance issues of my hot tub. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient with all my detailed questions. They really care and will take the time and provide the advice I've needed. And they're always trying to improve their customer satisfaction. Kudos to both Santi and Tony who I have had the most contact with.
