Looked at spas at the Evergreen State Fair. The St.Tropez model was listed at a very fair price. Tub was delivered and installed on time by 2 very polite gentleman, and I have been using it every night since. It was a pleasure doing business with Black Pine
The experience with Santi in the store was very enjoyable. On a big purchase he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I went to 5 other shops before using Black Pine for our spa. This was a gift for my wife for our 25 year anniversary. The shipping time for a custom order tub was longer than expected and on delivery day, there was an issue with the tub. Santi at Black Pine Spas was the best. No fluff, just the facts sorta guy. Very pleasant, No pressure too. I did my research to find a spa and business that could do me justice. I’ve lived with constant back pain for over a year, job related, sustained by lifting 180 pound steel saddle. Insurance did not cover the cost but at what price do I put on quality of life??
