We bought our hot tub at the Tacoma store about a year ago. Santi (the salesman there) was great about showing us several options in hot tubs, several options for financing, and never pressured us at all. We found exactly what we wanted, and everything from that moment on went super smoothly. A year later, I can still call if I have a question and talk about how to address it. Santi at Black Pine is great. He helped me by answering all my questions in the process of shopping for my first hot tub, and after much research and shopping around I decided on Black pine. Having a store locally and having a real person to talk to plus getting an American made spa was important to me. Santi is the best. Black Pine Hot Tubs & Swim Spas in Tacoma, WA are a joke. I called them because my jets stopped working. They took down my information and gave me a date around two weeks out. I was looking at my bank account and saw that black pine hot tubs and swim spas took from my bank account $329.20. I called them on the phone and ask them why did you take $329.20. Nobody came out and fixed my hot tub yet. You return that money back to me. You'll get paid when the job is done. Billing said you are not getting your money back. We went ... read more

I’m very pleased to report the great customer service I received today from Santi, with Black Pine Spas. We love and use our hot tub a lot. We purchased it new from Black Pine Five years ago. I had an issue come up today, and received help over the phone from Santi. He patiently gave me tips, step by step, to isolate the root cause of our situation and I was able to fix it on my own.
