Purchased from Suzanne at Black Pines because she was welcoming, very knowledgeable, and took me seriously but was not pushy! I had been treated dismissively by another vendor who I surmised figured a single 78 year old woman probably wasn’t really going to buy😡. She continues to be accessible (as does their manager Joel) and is available and patient with my endless questions! Highly recommend Black Pines and their staff!
After shopping around for a new spa to replace our old one that stopped working and needed to be updated we settled on one we found at Black Pine Spas and we’re so happy we did, we are really enjoying our new Clear Water System. FYI you really can't see this from the street when you are driving east or west on 196th. If you follow Google maps directions you might even think that you've turned down the wrong road but you're in the right place if it looks like a dead end 😄 Just drive to the end and you'll go left over little bridge and you'll see Black Pine spas on the right. This company has been incredibly unprofessional, and I feel completely taken advantage of. Their salespeople will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale, but they lack any real knowledge of their products or services. I had the worst experience dealing with Santi, and it’s been nothing short of frustrating. They initially quoted me around $10k for the installation of a swim spa — $6k for the concrete base, $3k for electricity, and $1k for crane and installation. Fabulous service from start to finish -- Suzanne help coordinate everything! We shopped at 5 different stores and Black Pine had what we wanted. Price, Availability and Configuration. The jets on our tub are wonderfully powerful and the chemical application is easy. The cover is beautiful and love the easy lift.
