Due to a plumbing issue and then a maintenance program, I had two of their servicemen visit me. Both were on time, called before hand and were very professional, caring and polite. They were very respectful of me and my home and went out of their way to address all my concerns. It was a pleasure having them in my home.

Blair mechanical has done several installations -new bathroom and kitchen plumbing and fireplace in our basement apartment. The service and advice was awesome. We saw the email in September about the Fortis rebate for furnace and fireplace cleaning and decided that this year was a good time to have the units serviced. The technician was prompt, courteous and cleaned up. We also ordered a new Honeywell thermoset as the Carrier one we had was awful. The new one is easy to see, read and program. I highly recommend their service
