We hired Blooma to remove a dead plum tree from our parking strip, including hauling away all the wood and grinding the stump, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. We had a dying alder with 3 dead trunks and 1 live trunk which was not healthy and was leaning towards our house. It was at the top of a steep slope so the city required an ISA certified arborist to document that the tree was a hazard to justify removing it without an expensive permit process. We got 3 quotes from companies which would handle the city hazard exception and remove the tree. Have had multiple great experiences with Blooma! We recently moved to a new home in Edmonds and needed some trees trimmed and the health of our arborvitae evaluated and likely treated. From our consultation with Sarah, to the whole crew that came out to prune and trim our trees and shrubs, to the watering/infusion visit - everyone has been great. They are responsive with questions and have never been high pressure. Highly recommend.

I expected more extreme pruning. I'm responding to your earlier message about the feedback I gave you. I thought Blooma would have cut the bushes "up to the deck." I meant "even with the bottom" of the deck. I'd say they left the bushes a foot too tall. Also, for the bush in front of my bedroom window, I thought we said you'll cut the bush short enough to leave none of the window obscured. I wish they'd cut it at least two feet shorter.

The Blooma team was great to work with on this project! We needed some pruning of a large tree in our front yard, to clear both our own and our neighbors' electrical service lines to the houses. They were flexible in scheduling, were prompt in arriving, and speedy in doing the work. And at my request, they also communicated directly with Seattle City Light, so the pruning team knew what the requirements were before starting the work.
