We had Blooma out to our house to evaluate several fruit trees in our Seattle backyard. The initial evaluation by Blooma's arborist was very informative and collaborative, and every part of the recommended work was discussed in detail and thoroughly described in the written estimate. I have a large Japanese Maple in my front yard that desperately needed thinning as well as trimming to reduce its height. The experts at Blooma Tree arrived on time, had a talented crew, respected the landscaping and finished the job including cleanup under 2 hours. They gave me the opportunity to weigh in on what was being cut and took my input when I asked that they trim here and there. Great group of tree experts.

Blooma did a fantastic job removing dead branches from a huge pine tree, and gently scaling back another tree away from the house. I appreciated their advise during quote process to delay further pruning until late winter for the health of the trees, although this meant the scope of the work (and their revenue) was significantly reduced. I was very, very satisfied with the work the Blooma Crew did at my house. This started with the Estimator who gave me great advice about which of the potted trees on the property were or were not appropriate for planting & best places to plant those that were. He walked my front and back gardens, ID'd the trees and shrubs I asked about, and even advised me about the work I planned to do myself later. We hired Blooma for work on several trees in our yard, and had a wonderful experience. They offer a free no-pressure onsite estimate, which was awesome. The arborist/estimator, Kyle, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions about all of the trees in our yard, even the ones that we weren't going to have work done on (we had just bought our house and I didn't even know what species of trees I had).
