They did a great job with my large black walnut tree. Appreciated their communications before and during their work on the tree. Thoughtful about the balance between aesthetics and tree health. Importantly, everyone was being careful and had safety gear on.
The team that serviced my trees was amazing! Before starting the work they did a walk-through with me to make sure we were on the same page. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and gave detailed answers to my questions. The crew showed up on time and did what I wanted them to do. The job was done very professionally and in a way that was even better than what I had hoped for. Even though they could not use their bucket truck and had to work “old school” as they called it, they managed to really clear the overhanging branches to a degree that really surprised me. We received great service from these folks. They explained what they could do for us during a site visit. Then we received a written estimate and they helped us resolve questions. Finally they did the work on the day and time they agreed - and our old plum tree that lives in our parking strip and has been the source of plums for many many jars or jam for over 20 years, has never looked better! And we feel good about taking care of the tree and paying this company to help us!
The crew did a careful and thorough job trimming several large, challenging trees. They had great communication throughout and reasonable pricing for the service. I will definitely work with Blooma again!
